FRIDAY JUN 28, 2019
Vaulted
Vaulted may no longer be one of Boston’s best-kept secrets upon the release of their full-length debut, Distaste. The ferocious quartet barrel through searing metallic hardcore in a scant half-hour that throttles, barks and slams its way through the bleakest of imagery and internal strife. With nods to genre-bending agitators like Converge, Trap Them, and Cult Leader, Vaulted recognize the milestones made in their subgenre while continuing to move the sound forward and maintain a bludgeoning heaviness.
Having already made a firm impression in the dives of Boston, look for them to support the record in your local town. With East coast and west coast tours in the books the band plans to hit canada/midwest dates in the fall as well as re-enter Brick HitHouse Studios to record a 7" record. 2019 is shaping up to be a busy year for the band bringing them on a full north american tour, Europe as well as regional and festival runs.
The band would like to continue to work in a format with label support to be able to steadily tour and release music as often as possible. Setting lofty goals for themselves, they hope to be able to hit the studio once a year and tour 80-100 days a year minimum.
